Hop on and hop off buses in Dubai. A cheap way to explore a lot of Dubai and also a fun activity to spend the day doing. You have probably heard about the Big Bus Tours in cities such as San Francisco and London. But what about Dubai - can you get the same experience there too?
As you might expect from the title of this post, the answer is a definite yes. We all know an open top tour on a bus is one of the best ways to see everything you want to see. After all you are higher up and you've got no windows that limit the amount you can see.
The Big Bus Tour in Dubai gives you two separate routes you can follow and it pays to try them both out. If you do you'll see the best of Dubai and not miss out on anything during your time there.
If you do want to do both make sure you grab a forty eight hour ticket. This will give you the best value for money and you can do each route on consecutive days. You get the normal advantages that this kind of tour gives you in any location - namely the fact that you can get on and off whenever you like.
This is particularly good news because you get free entry to the Dubai Museum as part of your fare, so you will want to get off and explore the museum before getting back on the next bus that comes along.
If you have never visited Dubai before, it is an excellent idea to take the bus tour on the first full day - or two - after you arrive.
