This is a great activity for thrill lovers, who want a good adrenaline pump. Macau tower is already very tall, jumping off is a scary and exciting experience. Macau, in Southeast Asia offers the highest bungee jumping in the world. Here the jumpers have the opportunity to dive off the Macau Tower, which stands at a height of around 233 metres. This is an experience which will no doubt never be forgotten by the intrepid extreme sport enthusiast.
If you are after the very best in bungee jumping and excitement, the Macau Tower is the one and only place to go. Apart from being the highest jump, this has the added factor that the jumper falls very close to the concrete tower during the descent. This emphasizes the downward speed and when you finish the ride on your 50-meter cord, you will be still be 30 meters from the ground.

The A.J. Hackett Macau Tower was open to the public in December 2006. This was inspired by A.J. Hackett who was the first inventor of bungee jumping as a sport. Bungee jumping here is a little different from elsewhere, and has a special cord system which has been developed to ensure the even distribution of weight during the jump. There is also a dual attachment safety harness for protection.
Also, prospective jumpers must meet height, weight, and basic health requirements as well as being properly informed of the potential risks involved. The potential jumper is also required to sign a waiver form stating that he or she is aware of the dangers.
